When visiting the club we need to view proof of address with photo ID.
If you live within 50km of the Club the Registered Clubs Act 1976 states that a person residing within a 50km radius of our Club must be a member. In accordance with our obligations under the Act we can not allow you to enter into the Club if you reside within a 50km radius unless you are a member.
To join as a member you must complete an application for membership form, submit it to either the office or bar staff together with your identification and appropriate membership fee. This can be done 7 days a week during Club opening hours. Your membership form will then go before the Board of Directors at their monthly meeting. When your application is approved, you will receive your membership card inthe mail. If you application is rejected by the board you will receive a cheque for the membership fee paid.
The Club offers the services of a complimentary courtesy bus to its members. The bus operates 7 days a week. The bus is available for pickups at 6:15pm and 6:45pm, and the bus is available to take you home every 30 minutes from 7:30pm. To make a reservation on the bus please phone the club 10 minutes prior to pickup times to reserve your seat. Please refer to the courtesy bus route displayed at the club which clearly marks the bus boundaries.
The Board of Directors hold a monthly meeting on the 2nd Sunday of each month. Any complaints should be put in writing addressed to the Secretary/Manager which will then be presented to the Board of Directors in correspondence.
The Warren & District United Serices Club Ltd has an enviable reputation for service, dress and behaviour standards. It is a quality of which the Club members can be proud.
The spirit of the members is a big reason our Club is so popular. Our rules and regulations are there to reinforce that spirit and to benefit us all. That is why we have dress regulations, to meet our members' expectations of comfort, neatness, cleanliness and appearance.
Our dress regulations are based on commonly accepted standards of dress. As fashions are continually changing, dress requirements are interpreted in a spirit of goodwill and common sense.
Members and their guests must be well presented, clean, neat and tidy at all times in the club.
Members Guide to Club Dress
All Areas - Clean and tidy smart casual attire.
Hats - Hats are not permitted to be worn in the Club unless they are for religous or medical reasons or are otherwise deemed by management to be ladies fashion hats (this does not include caps).
Footwear - Shoes must be worn at all times. Sandal style shoes are permitted without socks.
Unacceptable Attire (not permitted at any time)
Dirty, untidy or inappropriate clothing, including singlets, torn jeans, leotards, hats (see exceptions above), swim or beac wear, bandanas or slippers (including ugg boots).
Interperation and alteration of these rules is at the discretion of the Club management. Patrons under 18 years of age are permitted in certain areas of the Club, however must be in the company of an adult at all times. PROOF OF AGE AND RESIDENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS ARE REQUIRED. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person not conforming with the licensing or club regulations.
Management's decision shall be final in all matters relating to dress rules.
Responsible Gaming & Club Care
The Warren Services Club has the following polocies on the Responsible Services of Alcohol and Problem Gambling:
Responsible Service of Alcohol
The Board has adopted CLUBSAFE, a service provided by Clubs NSW, to assist with the management of its responsibility for gaming practices within the Club.
Club staff will:
- Maintain standards of sobriety on the premises by refusing to sell alcohol to minors or guests with visible sogns of intoxication;
- Refuse admission to the Club premises of any person who is, in the judgement of the staff, intoxicated or affected by drugs;
- Assist any person on the premises who appears to be intoxicated or affected by drugs by offering the services of the courtesy bus, within its timetable;
- Post notices in the Club to advise members and guests of the Club's rules;
- Ask for indentification from persons seeking to purchase or consume alcohol on the premesis if they suspect that the person might be under 18 years. Only photographic ID will be accepted.
Bad language, offensive or riotous behaviour will not be tolerated.
The Club will post notices in the Club advising members that:
- They must seek assistance from management if they are of the opinion they have a gambling problem; and
- Gambling is addictive in some people and help should be sought if the member is addicted.
The Club will provide support for problem gamblers by maintaining a service which assists problem gamblers to identify their problem and implement to refrain from gambling.
The Club will not advertise gambling services that encourage members to spend more than they can afford
The Club will not allow persons under 18 to gamble or be subject to material that will encourage them to gamble.

Patrons are reminded that in accordance with the 'Smoke Free Environment Act 2004' they are only permitted to smoke in the designated are within the Club.
Those under 18 years of age (minors) are allowed to enter the Club, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. They are only permitted to enter unauthorised ares such as the foyer and Nankeen Resturaunt.
Note: A responsible adult is someone who is 18 years or older.
